Okay... help me out here... does anyone have any recipes for side dishes that are NOT potato casseroles or flavored rices? :o) I'm not sure what else there is really...

I also need some ideas for the front of the cook book. If I send it for printing in June I get a full color cover for free! Anyone have any ideas of what to put on it?? Help!

We do asparagus cut up, brushed with butter, and sprinkled with seasoned bread crumbs and freshly shredded parmesan cheese.

We love carrot souffle too, but I usually steal the one on allrecipes.com to use. Maybe you could contact the owner and ask if you could use that one?

We also cut russet potatoes in half and microwave for 5 minutes. Then we brush with olive oil, garlic salt, and basil, and grill them outside face down until slightly browned.

Speaking of the grill, we brush zucchini with italian dressing and cook it outside on the grill for a few minutes on foil.

Do these help at all?

i think the cover should have something saying how it is going to help with the fight against sma and a picture of eli.
